Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree Graduated.
  • Minimum (2) years of experience in sales (FMCG/Modern Trade preferred).
  • Microsoft Office (Excel- Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP), PowerPoint) Experience in ERP
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven.

Job Description

  • Achieve monthly & yearly sales targets in Modern Trade channels (Pro-1, Unique, A to Z, Mobile King, MEC, etc.)
  • Expand product placement & ensure full portfolio visibility (TV, Ref, RAC, WM, VCC)
  • Negotiate with store managers for better displays, promotions and sell-out activities & monitor stock levels.
  • Develop sales growth strategy to increase basket size and market share.
  • Ensure proper product display, POP materials and LG branding visibility at store level.
  • Regular store visits to checks display compliance, competitor promotion & activities.
  • Train promoters to communicate LG product features and benefits effectively.
  • Prepare weekly/ monthly sales performance reports by outlet and category.

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Holidays: Saturday (Alternate), Sunday & Public Holidays
Benefits: Attendance Bonus (20,000) ၊ Ferry Provide (or) Transportation Allowance (50,000)
