Job Requirements
• ဘွဲ့တစ်ခုခု ရရှိထားသူ (သို့) အထက်တန်းအောင်မြင်ပြီးသူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
• Modern Trade / FMCG Sales အတွေ့အကြုံ အနည်းဆုံး (၁) နှစ်ရှိသူ ဦးစားပေးမည်။
• Communication Skill ကောင်းမွန်ပြီး Negotiation လုပ်နိုင်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်
• Sales Target အပေါ် တာဝန်ယူဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်
• Report ရေးသားနိုင်ပြီး Excel / Mobile App အသုံးပြုနိုင်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
• သွားလာနိုင်မှုကောင်းမွန်ပြီး လုပ်ငန်းဖိအားခံနိုင်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
• အသက် (၂၂) နှစ်မှ (၃၅) နှစ်အတွင်း ဖြစ်ရမည်။
Job Descriptions
• Modern Trade Channel (City Mart, Ocean, Capital, Marketplace, Convenience Store စသည်) များကို စီမံခန့်ခွဲခြင်း
• Assigned Store များသို့ သတ်မှတ်ထားသော Route အတိုင်း သွားရောက်ပြီး Order ရယူခြင်း Stock Check ပြုလုပ်ခြင်း Expiry / Damage စစ်ဆေးခြင်း
• Product Display, Planogram နှင့် Promotion Activity များကို Company Policy အတိုင်း လိုက်နာဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း
• Monthly / Weekly Sales Target များ ပြည့်မီအောင် ဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း
• Store In-charge / Buyer များနှင့် ဆက်ဆံရေးကောင်းမွန်စွာ ထိန်းသိမ်းခြင်း
• Promotion Program, New Product Launch များကို Store များတွင် အကောင်အထည်ဖော်ဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း
• Competitor Price, Promotion, Display Information များကို စုဆောင်း၍ Report တင်ခြင်း
• Daily Sales Report, Stock Report, Outstanding Report များကို အချိန်မှန်တင်ပြခြင်း
• Company Policy, SOP နှင့် Code of Conduct များကို လိုက်နာခြင်း
• Supervisor / Manager မှ ပေးအပ်သော အခြားတာဝန်များကို ဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
