DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:

  • Any graduate, preferred medical related degree (MBBS, B. Pharm)
  • Minimum 4-5 years’ relevant experience in National Sales Manager position with reputed Pharma Company
  • Good command of English and proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power point
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Knowledgeable at Sales Strategy & Activities
  • Commercial and analytical caliber to drive the business to meet the company objectives
  • Outstanding strategic planning skills.
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
  • Proficient knowledge of pharmaceutical industry products and trends.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical skills to understand and respond to key business indicators and competitive trends.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong Sales management and business acumen.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • National Sales & Growth Goals
  • Ensure 100% achievement of national sales against organizational targets.
  • Ensure growth % value and product wise against organizational targets.
  • Prepare strategic plan for de-growth products.
  • Ensure national profitability as per plan.
  • Increase overall market share in the region.
  • Conduct monthly National Sales Review Meetings with Top Management.
  • Conduct weekly/by-weekly/monthly/quarterly review meetings for teams.
  • Develop product/territories-wise KOL development and engagement.
  • Engage with KOLs, Doctors, Chemists, and Govt Authorities for tenders.
  • Understand and share company’s marketing strategies and activity plan.
  • Develop skill & knowledge development of team.
  • Ensure effective resource utilization and optimization ROI.
  • Analyze weekly sales projections and adjust product-wise rolling sales plan.
  • Maintain branch/dealer-wise stock stratus.
  • Find new strategic business plans and implement accordingly.
  • Suggest corrective action for employees.
  • Ensure team spirit among team members.
  • Update National Director on daily business activities.

Working Hour: 9:00A.M to 5:00P.M.
Holiday: Saturday (Alternate), Sunday and public holiday
