Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical, medical devices, or healthcare industry, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets at a national or regional level.
- Strong knowledge of medical products, healthcare market trends, and customer segments (hospitals, clinics, distributors).
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, including coaching and motivating sales teams.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
- Proficient in MS Office, CRM systems, and sales reporting tools.
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
