Job Requirements
- Any graduate.
- Business and Marketing Diploma (MBA prefer)
- At least 8 years’ experience in FMCG Sales field
- Food and Beverages field, Sales and Marketing Department Management, Team Management, Product Launch experience, Prefer in Past Experience in Multi National FMCG
- Marketing Strategy, Market Segmentation, Digital Marketing, Brand and Trade Marketing, Brand Positioning, Consumer Behavior, Sales, Distribution Channel, Channel Management, Wholesale, Retail and Modern Trade Relations, Leadership, Sales and Marketing Team Management, KPI monitoring ( Result Oriented ),Data Analysis, Sales data Market Trend, Distribution Network Management)
- Good in computer skill (Microsoft word, Excel, PowerPoint and Internet & Email)
- Good project management and planning skills
- Excellent organization skills.
- Very hands-on / adaptable to support wherever required
- Strong communication skills – ability to conduct training & make presentations effectively
- Creative judgment and employee focus Able to collaborate and build relationships with internal and external relationships.
- Good in communication skills and personal skills.
- Able to work under pressure and intensive travel.
- Negotiate base on experience and skills
Working Hours : 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Holidays : Sunday & Public Holidays
