Job Description

Lead and manage the Network and Infrastructure team, including hiring, training, mentoring, and performance management
Lead and manage the team members for the related Digital Signage projects, IT projects, and CCTV projects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and design network architecture and infrastructure solutions (Cloud or On-prem) aligned with business needs
Oversee the implementation and maintenance of network devices, ensuring seamless connectivity, proper configuration, and adherence to security standards
Implement and maintain network security measures, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, VPNs, and access controls, to protect against potential threats
Manage relationships with network vendors, service providers, and contractors, ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and performance metrics.
Develop, Implement, and maintain Cloud Infrastructure Solutions for Customer’s requirement needs
Configure and manage cloud networking elements, including dynamic DNS (DDNS), load balancers, firewalls, virtual private networks (VPNs), virtual private clouds (VPCs), and domain name systems (DNS)
Develop and maintain network documentation, including network diagrams, configurations, and standard operating procedures.
Develop and manage the Network and Infrastructure team’s budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and cost-effectiveness.

Job Requirements

Graduate with IT majors is a must.
At least B.E or BSc in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent degrees
Must be Certified to have MTCNA, MCSA, Linux system and CCNA (R&S)
AWS certification is a plus
5-8 years of experiences in leading and managing network and infrastructure teams
In-depth knowledge and hands-on experiences in network planning, design, implementation, and maintenance.
Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services (IAM, EC2, Route53 and VPC, etc.)
Proficiency in managing network devices, monitoring network performance, and optimizing network connectivity.
Experience with network security measures, such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, VPNs, and access controls.
Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
Good at English skills in both written and verbal
Good teamwork and Good interpersonal skills
Strong communication skills with positive attitudes
Can-do attitude
Able to work under pressure

Working Hours : 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday, Public Holidays
