Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree with relevant subjects in Computer Science or equivalent
  • Must be CCNP Enterprise and JNCIA Certified
  • JNCIS and F5 certifications are preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with implantation and troubleshooting with Routing, Switching and
  • Juniper Firewall environments
  • Must have expert knowledge of Firewall rules, BGP and EVPN.
  • Must have moderate knowledge of SDN, SDWAN, Security and Load Balancing Technology.
  • Proven experience with systems planning, deploying and maintaining with best practices for Switches,
  • Firewall and Load Balancer environments.
  • Proven analytical and creative problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Excellent understanding of the organization’s goals and objectives
    Continues self-improvement and learning to maintain and improve current technical knowledge
    Able to work in 24/7 environment.

 

Responsibilities

  • To provide troubleshooting, operations support and escalations for the clients.
  • Prepare project documents, reporting including customer troubleshooting assistant.
  • Monitor and analyze the problem when incident happen.
  • Prepare incident reports, including findings with analysis.
  • Provide technical analysis, guidance and mentoring to less experienced engineers.
  • Respond to incident calls and ensure the SLA to clients.
  • Highly self-motivation and able to manage multi-tasks
  • Strong customer service orientation

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays
Benefit: Ferry will be provided
