Job Requirements
• Possession of a relevant degree or diploma or certificate preferably in Information Technology.
• Knowledge in Collaboration technologies (VoIP, Video Conferencing), WAN optimization, load balancing technologies, web-based technologies and network securities (Firewall, IPS/IDS), backup technologies, and internet/system securities.
• Experience in Installation, Administration and Configuration of Linux and windows System.
• Knowledge in Storage & Network technologies, CCTV Surveillance and Access controller.
• Good customer service, clear verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. English language is a preferable.
• Ability to handle time effectively, prioritize issues and work under pressure during busy periods with minimum supervision to meet target deadlines.
• Great conceptual, analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Possession of Cisco Certification, Linux Certification, CCNA or higher.
• Able to travel for the projects.
Job Descriptions
• Provide high-level expertise and skills in the design, installation, configuration and support of network infrastructure.
• Manage infrastructure documentation (e.g. network diagrams and device configurations etc.) ensuring it is updated.
• To attend onsite service calls as required. (Dell EMC and NCR services.)
• Ensure network related faults and tasks are resolved satisfactorily and in a timely manner.
• Follow up with clients to ensure issues are resolved to the client’s satisfaction.
• Collaborate with other IT teams for the projects, managed services and support for both onsite and remote support (24×7, 365 days a year).
• Undertake other duties as required. (PC Maintenance, backup technologies, and internet/system securities.)
• Update the Service Management System, ensuring all incidents and service requests are logged/updated, categorized and allocated accurately an efficiently.
• To Ensure service levels are achieved in line with the contracts, SLA and customers’ expectations are met or exceeded.
• Assist in tender responses, recommendations and implementation projects.
Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday & Public holidays
