Job Despritions

Monitoring device performance and inform to reporting person.
Links status monitoring and provide Tier-1 technical support.
Monitor the environmental status e.g. Temperature, voltage, optical power etc.
Add ont, create account and assign bandwidth profile for new customer.
Service request for SAS profile and bandwidth profile change.
Tier 1 technical diagnosis about customer complain.
Basic troubleshooting and resolution response for DIA customer after office hour.
Incident report to related persons.
Hourly bandwidth report to related persons.
Do basic troubleshooting, collect required information for every incident and record it.
Escalation process for provider (upstream, downstream, third party and internal team).
Monitor and check room temperature, airflow, physical LED alarm.
Manage site access for DC and DR sites.
Participate and testing for new project, devices and functions which need to deploy in IMNET.
Participate in Access Layer level project when duty off.
Service implementation for New DIA customer.

Job Requirements

Any Bachelor’s degree.
At least 1 year of experience in ISP or related field.
Must have a CCNA certificate OR equivalent in knowledge.
Must have knowledge in FTTH infrastructure, basic networking and system management.
Familiar with ONT setup, FTTH complain diagnosis and OLT management.
Must be follow by technical procedure documents. Able to work as shift hours.

Working Hours: 7:30am to 7:30pm(Day Shift) – 7:30pm to 7:30am(Night Shift)

Holidays: 3 days a week.
