Job Requirements
- Holding a bachelor’s degree.
- At least 2 years of experience in office administration or a similar role.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Familiar with banking procedures in Myanmar (withdrawals, deposits, documentation).
- Basic knowledge of SSB procedures is an advantage.
- Handle daily office administrative tasks, including filing, documentation, and record keeping
- Manage office supplies and coordinate with vendors when necessary
- Support document preparation, photocopying, scanning, and distribution.
- Willing to travel locally for bank and government office visits
- Perform any other administrative or operational tasks assigned by the Operation Manager or management for daily operations.
- Assist in coordinating with internal teams and external parties as required.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
- Strong time management skills and attention to detail.
- High level of teamwork and the ability to work effectively with others.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills.
- Able to start work immediately or within a short notice period.
Working Hours: 8:30AM to 5:30PM
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
