Job Requirements

  • ဘွဲ့ရပြီးသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
  • လုပ်ငန်းအတွေ့အကြုံ အနည်းဆုံး (၂) နှစ် ရှိရမည်။
  • အစိုးရရုံးများကို ဝင်/ထွက် သွားလာနိုင်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
  • အများနှင့်ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
  • Computer Word, Excel ကျွမ်းကျင်ရမည်။
  • Myanmar/English Font typing ကျွမ်းကျင်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။

 

Job Descriptions

  • Managing work permit, labour card and visa applications, ensuring compliance and supporting expatriates’ documentation needs (including Form C, visa applications, MIC permits, labour card, FRC, etc.).
  • Supervising the cleanliness, tidiness, and security of the office premises.
  • Liaising with government entities to handle and communicate requirements. (MIC, SSB, Labour)
  • Managing office supplies, stationery, inventory and other related materials.
  • Maintaining and updating office records, databases, and filing systems.
  • Performing additional tasks as assigned by management.

 

 

Working Hours: 8:00 AM ~ 5:00 PM

Holidays: Saturday (Half) & Sunday, Public Holidays
