Job Requirements
  • Keep and prepare Office documentation.
  • Prepare for Documents concern with project.
  • Maintain company fixed Assets, Buying, Information price etc.
  • Prepare Meeting and record meeting Minutes .
  • Excellent skills in typing (Myanmar and English ).
  • Experience in Adobe Photoshop and Graphic Design.
  • Must be used Microsoft office .
  • Must have 2 years experience in related field .
  • Can be active and communicate with team.
Job Describtions
  • Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded.
  • Update accounts receivable and issue invoices.
  • Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations.
  • Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements .according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines.
  • Assist with reviewing of expenses, etc. as assigned.
  • Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed.
  • Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports.
  • Assist to senior accountants in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings.
  • Assist with other accounting projects.
Working Hours: 9:00AM to 6:00PM
Holidays: Saturday(alternate) & Sunday, Public Holidays
