Responsibilities
• Help to manage and lead office teams
• Keep track of inventory
• Create Invoices, collect payments, and provide receipts to clients
• Collaborate with agents to ensure visas of foreign employees
• Order and organize supplies and equipment
• Manage office space and equipment
• Ensure the office is well-stocked with supplies
• Organize meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
• Organize company events and conferences
• Collaborate with chief accountant to ensure proper book keeping
• Collaborate with tax account to ensure legal and timely payment of taxes

Requirements and skills

• Bachelors Degree (in relevant field preferred)
• 2-3 years prior experience in Business Management, Business Administration,
• Accounting, or related field
• Must have competent basic computer skills
Preference given to:
• Competent English speakers

Working Hours: 9:00 AM To 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday
