Job Requirements
  • Any graduate and Diploma or Certificate in Secretarial Management.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as Secretary
  • Advanced proficiency in managing documents, spreadsheets, and databases
  • Filing, recordkeeping, and organizational skills
  • Working knowledge of printers, copiers, scanners, and fax machines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Myanmar
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • English (Fluent in speaking and writing) English 4 skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication and time-management skills
Job Descriptions
  • Data entry for all Marketing Expense and Advance.
  • Prepared Monthly report for all whole Myanmar northern and southern sales and marketing activities report to Marketing Manager.
  • Assistant to SFE Software for Marketing Department.
  • Handled all related paperwork and documentation for Marketing Department.
  • All Marketing information (Internal or External) announcement to the related department and Marketing Department.
  • Checking monthly budgets and report to Marketing Manager.
  • Sending sales data record, Doctors information and activities to sharing Marketing Department.
  • Checking all expense and report to Marketing Manager.
  • Claim Marketing Advance and Expense for Magway Area.
  • Other duties assigned by Head of Marketing.
Working Hours: 9:00AM to 5:30PM
Holidays: Saturday (Half) & Sunday, Public Holidays
