Job Description
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
- Handle office filing, data entry, and document organization.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and events for the college management team.
- Assist with the organization of college events, conferences, and seminars.
- Prepare and distribute internal memos, reports, and announcements.
- Act as a point of contact between management, faculty, and students.
- Maintain accurate records of student enrolments, staff details, and other critical documents.
- Monitor and maintain office supplies.
- Facilitate communication between different departments as needed.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in office administration or secretarial work.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Experience with email management systems.
Working Hours: 9:00am – 5:00pm
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
