Job Requirements

  • Any graduate and Diploma in Secretarial Management.
  • 2years of experience as Office Secretary.
  • Advanced proficiency in managing documents, spreadsheets, and databases.
  • Exceptional filing, recordkeeping, and organizational skills.
  • Working knowledge of printers, copiers, scanners, and fax machines.
  • Proficiency in appointments scheduling and call forwarding systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Myanmar.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication and time-management skills

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays.
