Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience in operations, customer service, training, or service-based industries (transportation/logistics preferred).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with documentation, reporting, and data systems.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Job Descriptions
- Support drivers with day-to-day operational issues, onboarding, training, and reactivation of inactive accounts.
- Recruit and onboard new driver partners through field visits, referrals, and lead generation.
- Deliver training, coaching, workshops, and best-practice sharing to improve driver performance and compliance.
- Conduct vehicle inspections and ensure adherence to safety, operational standards, and internal policies.
- Maintain accurate records of driver interactions, training, and onboarding activities while supporting service center targets.
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday & Sunday, Public Holidays
