  • Must have excellent communications skill to nurture strategic relationship with the clients.
  • Must be skillful negotiator.
  • Prefer who has experiences with the big corporates.

 

 

Job Descriptions

  • Arrange ferry, shuttle services according to corporate requirements on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • Arrange and coordinate transportation for employees on business trips, ensuring timely and efficient travel support.
  • Provide comprehensive support for foreign visitors, including arranging airport pick-up/drop-off services and other necessary arrangement.
  • Regarding Huawei corporate vehicles, analyze the system data such as the currently used OBD, Admin (Vehicle Index), and the rating system GWAR related to vehicle usage, and identify solutions to problems.
  • Serve as the main contact person for corporates and drivers.
  • Prepare and submit accident reports to customers.
  • Handle customer complaints (both administrative and user-related).
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly and monthly reports to corporate.
  • Monitor and validate the customer’s OBD system to ensure it meets all required standards and expectations.
  • Collect monthly KM record photos and provide data on the 10th, 20th, and at the end of each month.
  • Calculate monthly fuel consumption for internal and corporate use.
  • Collect log sheets, fuel slips, and toll fee receipts from drivers.
  • Necessary document providing to Fuel Team and Operation Finance.
  • Prepare toll fee advances, payments and clearances / fuel advances and clearance sand trip allowance payments.
  • Prepare attendance records at the end of each month.
  • Prepare vehicle attendance, replacements, driver changes, and vehicle changes, and send to the respective team for payment calculation.
  • Negotiate with internal and customer teams when vehicle replacement is required due to maintenance, accidents, or customer requests.
  • Negotiate with internal and customer teams if driver replacement is required due to resignation, leave, or customer request.
  • Handle vehicle returns, driver change, accident-related deductions, and necessary arrangements.
  • Coordinate with the maintenance team as needed.
  • Assist with the license extension process, including vehicle dispatch, discussing vehicle availability with the customer, and arranging vehicle replacement if needed.
  • Arrange the vehicle inspection process for customers.

 

Working Hours: 9:00AM ~ 5:00PM

Holidays: Saturday (Half), Sunday & Public Holidays
