Job Requirements
• Internal: Project members, and any in-house staff involved in the weekly tasks.
• External: Third-party service providers, suppliers, and stakeholders as directed by the consultant.
• Provide administrative and coordination support to ensure weekly tasks and project deliverables are executed on time, even in the absence of the consultant.
• Receive weekly tasks and priorities via video call every Saturday and follow through until comple-tion.
• Track progress of tasks, follow up with agency contacts and internal stakeholders, and escalate and delays or issues to the consultant.
• Maintain clear records of weekly task updates, deliverables and next steps.
• Prepare simple reports, summaries, and presentation materials (Excel, PowerPoint) for review.
• Coordinate and schedule monthly in-person meetings with the consultant.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day administrative operations related to projects.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred.
• Minimum: Diploma holders with strong administrative skills will also be considered.
• Entry-level or 1-2 years of experience in an administrative, coordination, or project support role preferred.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply if they demonstrate strong organizational and communica-tion skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up consistently.
• Basic reporting and documentation skills.
• Time Management: Ability to meet deadlines and keep tasks on track.
• Attention to Detail: Ensure tasks are followed through accurately and updates are documented properly.
• Proactive Communication: Keep stakeholders informed without waiting to be asked.
• Dependability: Reliable in following through on instructions and commitments.
• Problem-Solving: Able to flag issues early and suggest solutions where possible.
Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
