Requirements

  • University graduate.
  • Minimum of 3 years experiences of office works.
  • Good communication skill and can make team work.
  • Good communication, negotiation skill with supplier/Govt. officer
  • Excellent skill to MS office (word, excel), email
  • Good writing, speaking skill in English
  • More prefer if have logistic, custom knowledge.

Job Descriptions

  • Coordinate with Government and other office (Custom, MIC, Logistic agent)
  • Prepare claim voucher, request for approval for procurement/logistics
  • Prepare office letter in/out in relation with Govt. office
  • Prepare necessary documents for Import License.

Working Hours: 9:00AM – 5:30PM
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
Benefits: Ferry will be provided
