Job Requirements
- Mechanical or Electrical Engineering of BE, B.Tech or AGTI.
- At least 2- or 3-years experiences in Hotel, Building Maintenance Engineering.
- Good communication and coordinating among the team members and colleagues.
- Willingness to responsible with strongly teamwork and motivated.
- Flexible and ability to compromise.
- Able to solve encounter problems in appropriate and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and work within timelines.
- Ability to work with version control systems.
- Able to work with duty roaster assignment.
- Knowledge of office management responsibilities, systems and procedures.
- Computer skills and knowledge of office software pack.
- Good proficient in English skills.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist to CE, ML & AE for below work scope such as Plumbing, Sanitary, Civil works, Phone Line, Electrical, Lift, Aircon, Fire System, Generator, CCTV system and Maintain & Repair of Building Assets.
- Maintain and repair the office assets.
- Monitor the requirements of the building.
- Solving together with CE & AE for all minor case.
- Supporting to Chief Engineer for all major case.
- Dealing with existing tenants for complaints and issues.
- Check & read the regular basic of YESC meter & Office meter.
- Deliver the phone charges bill to all tenants.
- Assist to CE & HOD for all building maintenance works.
- Weekly and monthly report to CE.
- Any assigned duties from Management.
Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Holidays: Saturday & Sunday, Public Holidays
