Job Requirements
- Any graduate
- Must have related experience at least 2 years in automotive industries.
- Must be able to use Microsoft Office Tools.
- Must have excellent communications skill to nurture strategic relationship with the clients.
- Must be skillful negotiator.
- Prefer who has experiences with the big corporates.
Job Descriptions
- Administration of clients’ requirements on a daily basis including, general enquiries renewals, mid-term adjustments, obtaining quotations and accounting procedures.
- To provide technical, administrative and customer service support to the clients.
- Promote and maintain a high company image of professionalism, competence and clients’ satisfaction.
- Display a positive approach to the work environment and culture, including respectful cooperation with colleagues from both parties.
- Deal with incoming enquiries from clients in a professional and timely manner.
- Input data onto the office systems.
- Provide technical and administrative support to both parties.
Working Hours: 9:00AM ~ 5:00PM
Holidays: Saturday(Half), Sunday & Public Holidays
