Job Requirements

  • Expertise in the Money Exchange Industry or Customer Service Industry.
  • Experience in Banking or customer service Industry.
  • Experience of 3 years in the industry – mid-senior level position
  • Prepared to travel.
  • Capacity to understand settlements processing and main payment systems.
  • Be able to work in a multi-cultural environment and team.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively, orally or in written, and a team-oriented spirit.

Job Descriptions

  • Provide foreign exchange services to customers.
  •  Keep track of updated currencies .
  •  Making sure cash amount always tally .
  •  Handling back-end remittance operations and data handling .
  • Ensure transactions are completed in an efficient manner with a high level of accuracy .
  • Open / close branches as required and ensure all tasks and checks are completed .
  • Follow compliance procedures, company policies and abide by all health and safety guidelines as per company standards .
  • Perform administrative tasks such as filing, generating reports and maintaining mail correspondence.
  • Monitoring stock levels of foreign currency and ensuring that minimum quantities are maintained.
  • Accurate cash reconciliation and banking.
  • Responsible for minimizing risk and mitigating errors .
  • Play an active role in the day-to-day operation of the branch and supporting travel colleagues with administrative duties .
  • Willingness to participate in training appropriate to own development .
  • Adhering to company policies and procedures .
  • To undertake any other duties that may fall into the job criteria .
  • To conform with all company policies and procedures .

  • Provide support and information to customers, over the counter and by phone .
  • Maintain a cash float and follows balancing and reconciling procedures. Prepare daily ‘End of Day’ sheet at the close of each business day.

Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Holidays: Sunday(Or) Monday & Public Holidays
