Job Requirements
- Any bachelor’s degree Holders / Bachelor of Business Administration, Management
- Certificate or diploma Business Management, Operation Management
- Age over 35 years old
- At least 5 years’ experience in Management Level
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of shopping center marketing and event management.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Job Descriptions
- Oversee daily operations of the shopping center, ensuring safety, cleanliness and efficiency.
- Supervise security, housekeeping, maintenance, and other service providers.
- Implement policies and procedures for smooth operations.
- Maintain strong relationships with tenants, addressing their needs and concerns.
- Control operational costs and maximize revenue.
- Develop and oversee marketing and promotional campaigns to increase foot traffic and sales.
- Organize events and seasonal activities to enhance customer engagement.
- Lead, motivate and manage shopping center staff.
- Provide training and development opportunities to team members.
- Set performance objectives and conduct regular staff evaluations.
Working Hours: 9:00AM ~ 6:00PM
Holidays: One day per week
