Job Requirements
- Preferably experience in kitchenware.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a related position.
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Management, Operations Management, or related field.
- Proficient in MS Office, Internet, and email.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent leadership and management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Job Descriptions
- Manage staff and ensure sales targets are met.
- Ensure all orders are completed on time.
- Demonstrate outstanding problem-solving skills to ensure smooth operations.
- Utilize workforce efficiently and train new staff.
- Prepare production reports and submit to the Board of Directors.
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
- Track record of improving labor efficiency.
- Proficient in workforce planning and scheduling.
- Collaborate with quality controllers to establish and execute quality control processes.
- Coordinate with all departments for smooth operation and development.
Working Hours: 9:00AM to 5:00PM
Holiday: Sunday & Public Holidays
