Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Operation Management, Supply Chain, Engineering, Pharmacy or Business Administration
- 5years experience in operations, supply chain, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing, GMP, and regulatory compliance
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Expertise in Supply Chain Management, logistics and inventory control
- Excellent leadership, problem- solving, and decision- making skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and Operational analytics
- Ability to handle high- pressure environment and complex operations
Job Descriptions
- Operational Strategy & Process Optimization:
Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness
Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in supply chain, and logistics, and implement solutions - Supply Chain & Inventory Management:
Oversee procurement, warehousing, and distribution of products.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and logistics partners for seamless operations - Warehousing & Quality Control:
Ensure smooth warehousing & logistics operations in compliance with regulatory standards
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for production efficiency, waste reduction, and process improvements - Compliance & Regulatory Adherence:
Ensure that all operational activities comply with pharmaceutical regulations and safety protocols - Team Leadership & Cross-Department Coordination:
Collaborate with sales, finance, and marketing teams to align operations with business objectives
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence - Cost Control & Budgeting:
Identify areas for cost savings and process automation
Working Hour : 9:00 AM To 5:30 PM
Holidays : Saturday(Alternate),Sunday & Public Holiday
