Job Requirements
• ဘွဲ့ရရှိပြီးသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
• Operation Manager ဖြင့် လုပ်ငန်း အတွေ့ အ ကြုံ (၅) နှစ် အထက်၊ Hotel Life တွင် Front Office ပိုင်းဖြင့် လုပ်ငန်း အတွေ့အကြုံ (၁၀) နှစ် ရှိရမည်။
• ကောင်းမွန် သောလူမှုဆက်ဆံရေးနှင့် Strong leadership skill ရှိသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
• Hotel ရှိ သက်ဆိုင်ရာ Department အားလုံးကို စေ့စပ်သေချာ စွာ စီမံခန့် ခွဲ အုပ်ချုပ် နိုင်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
• Hotel ၏ စည်းမျဉ်းစည်းကမ်း များနှင့် policy များ ကို ချမှတ် နိုင်သူ၊ လမ်းညွှန်ပြသနိုင်သူ၊training ပေးနိုင်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
• Sale plan နှင့် Budget များကိုခွဲခြား ကိုင်တွယ်နိုင်ရမည်။
• ရေရှည် လက်တွဲလုပ်ကိုင်နိုင်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
Working Hours: 8 hours per day
Holidays: One day per week
