Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial) or related field.
- MBA or Postgraduate qualification in Operations/Management is a plus.
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in operations or plant management in an FMCG or manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Deep understanding of manufacturing processes and operational KPIs.
- Proficient in production planning and inventory control systems
- Good understanding of quality management systems
- Ability to problem-solve and make decisions under pressure.
- Salary Negotiate From 12Lks to 15Lks.
Job Descriptions
- Plan, coordinate, and control manufacturing processes.
- Ensure daily/weekly/monthly production targets are met.
- Ensure compliance with product specifications and quality standards.
- Investigate and resolve production quality issues.
- Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials and packaging.
- Optimize stock levels and monitor usage of raw materials and finished goods.
- Enforce safety regulations and procedures in the factory.
- Ensure compliance with local labor and environmental laws.
- Analyze operational costs and implement cost-reduction strategies.
- Manage utility usage (water, power, etc) and optimize efficiency.
- Supervise equipment maintenance schedules and ensure minimal downtime.
- Liaise with engineering teams for repairs and upgrades.
- Plan workforce scheduling, training, and performance appraisals.
- Prepare regular reports on production output, downtime, resource use, and KPIs.
- Perform as duty assigned by Managing Director.
Working Hours: 8:30AM ~ 4:30PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
