Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Pharmacy, or related field.
  • 2–4+ years of experience in retail operations or pharmacy operations (supervisory experience preferred).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
  • Good knowledge of inventory control, retail workflow, and customer service.
  • Ability to travel to branches (daily/regular visits required).
  • Able to work under pressure and handle multiple branches at once.
  • Computer literacy (MS Office, POS systems).

Job Descriptions

  • Oversee daily operations of multiple pharmacy branches and ensure smooth workflow.
  • Monitor branch opening/closing procedures, cleanliness, display arrangements, and customer service quality.
  • Ensure all branches follow company SOPs, rules, and compliance guidelines.
  • Staff Supervision & Support
  • Supervise branch staff performance, discipline, attendance, and task completion.
  • Provide guidance to branch in-charges, pharmacists, and assistants on operational activities.
  • Conduct on-site training or skill refresh sessions when needed.
  • Assist HR in staff evaluation and identifying training needs.
  • Sales & Performance Monitoring
  • Review daily/weekly/monthly sales reports from branches.
  • Identify low-performing branches and suggest improvement strategies.
  • Work closely with Marketing & Inventory teams to support promotions and stock movement.
  • Track performance indicators like sales growth, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
  • Inventory & Stock Control
  • Ensure branches maintain correct stock levels and proper storage conditions.
  • Check stock accuracy, expiry management, FIFO practices, and handling of returns.
  • Monitor stock transfers, receiving, and damage reports.
  • Coordinate with Inventory Team for urgent stock requirements.
  • Branch Audits & Compliance
  • Conduct regular branch audits (SOPs, stock, cash handling, display, hygiene).
  • Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and company policies.
  • Follow up on audit findings and ensure corrective actions are completed.
  • Problem Solving & Coordination
  • Address operational issues such as staff shortages, customer complaints, system errors, or urgent branch needs.
  • Act as the communication bridge between Head Office and branches.
  • Coordinate with IT, HR, Finance, Marketing, and Inventory teams when needed.
  • Prepare operation reports on branch performance, issues, and required actions.
  • Provide weekly updates to the Operation Manager/Head Office.
  • Suggest improvements to enhance overall branch efficiency and service quality.

 

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
