Job Requirements
• Must be graduated or must have F&B Life experience and hotel life experience.
• Food menus and costs must be calculated.
• At least 5 years’ experiences in related fields.
• Oversee the daily operations of our F&B establishments
• This role requires a strategic leader with a deep understanding of the F&B industry, exceptional management skills
• Manage day-to-day operations across multiple locations or units.
• Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance efficiency and consistency.
• Recruit, train, and supervise staff, including hiring, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Develop and implement staff training programs to enhance skills and performance.
• Develop and manage budgets, monitor expenses, and optimize cost control measures.
• Analyze financial performance and implement strategies to improve profitability.
• Oversee inventory management, including ordering, storage, and wastage reduction.
• Direct report to BOD.
Working Hours: 10 hours (shifts rotated)
Holidays: One day per week
