Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, IT, or related field
- 5–10 years of experience in telecom operations (with leadership exposure)
- Strong knowledge of telecom networks (GSM/LTE/5G, IP/MPLS, VoIP, fiber)
- Experience with NOC operations and fault management tools
- Understanding of SLAs, KPIs, and ITIL processes
- Vendor and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in 24×7 operational environments
Job Descriptions
- Manage and monitor telecom network operations (voice, data, DG Fuel Supply and service , etc.)
- Ensure network availability, performance, and reliability as per SLAs
- Lead incident management, root cause analysis, and service restoration
- Oversee NOC activities, escalation handling, and outage communications
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and internal stakeholders
- Manage preventive and corrective maintenance of telecom systems
- Drive operational KPIs, reporting, and performance dashboards
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and safety standards
- Support network upgrades, expansions, and technology rollouts
- Develop and improve operational processes, SOPs, and documentation Lead, mentor, andmanage operations teams and shift staff
- Control operational budgets and optimize costs
Working Hours: 9:00AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
