• Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical Power / Civil)
• Computer Literacy (AutoCAD, Microsoft Suite)
• Ability to analyze and improve operational processes.
• Strong people management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong problem-solving and time management skills. Detail-oriented.
Job Requirements
• Managing day-to-day operations Under Supervisor instructions
• Responsible for the maintenance, operation and repair of power equipment
• Collaboration with designated department for factory operation
• ensuring the smooth operation of factory
• Assisting with the implementation of new processes and procedures.
• Alternate Day and Night Shift is preferable with overtime
• Tracking and reporting on operational performance.
• Maintaining policy and procedure documents. Stakeholder Management (Supplier and Government)
Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
