Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Proven experience in driver support, training, or operations within the transportation or logistics sector.
- Strong understanding of driving operations, vehicle requirements, and training programs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with drivers.
- Experience in conducting onboarding sessions and training programs.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards relevant to the transportation industry.
- Ability to conduct vehicle inspections and ensure operational standards are met.
- Proficient in using data management systems for record-keeping and reporting.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to address driver inquiries effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to enhance driver support services.
Job Descriptions
- Driver Support: Assist drivers with inquiries related to driving operations, vehicle requirements, and training programs.
- Onboarding New Drivers: Conduct onboarding sessions for new drivers, ensuring they understand the Grab platform and policies.
- Dormant Account Reactivation: Assist in the reactivation of dormant driver accounts, providing support and guidance to help them return to active status.
- Training: Provide ongoing support and training to drivers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of driver interactions and training sessions.
- Workshops and Best Practices: Organize and facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote best practices among drivers.
- Vehicle Inspection: Conduct regular vehicle inspections to ensure all vehicles meet safety and operational standards.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies within the driving center.
- Onboarding: Ensure individual onboarding targets are met for mini-GC
Working Hours: 9:00 AM To 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
