Job Requirements
• ဘွဲ့ရ (သို့) ကျောင်းကိစ္စကင်းရှင်းသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
• ကွန်ပြူတာကျွမ်းကျင်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
• Daily Customer Contact Call များ ၊ Appointment Call များ ခေါ်ဆို၍ feedback report နေ့စဉ်တင်ပြနိုင်ရမည်။
• Insurance Products များ ၊ Insurance Policy များနှင့် ပတ်သည်၍ customer များမေးမြန်းခြင်းကို စိတ်ရှည်စွာ ရှင်းပြနိုင်ရမည် (သင်တန်းပေးမည်)။
• Follow Up Call များခေါ်ဆိုခြင်း နှင့် Customer Complaints များကို ဂရုတစိုက်နားထောင်ပြီး စိတ်ရှည်စွာဖြေရှင်း
• ပေးနိုင်ရမည်။
• Sales Appointment များတွင် လိုက်ပါ၍ လိုအပ်သော စာရွက်စာတမ်းများ ဖြည့်သွင်းပေးရမည်။
• Claim Case များအတွက် Customer များကိုယ်စား ဓာတ်ပုံနှင့် စာရွက်စာတမ်းပြင်ဆင်ပေးခြင်းများဆောင်ရွက်ပေးရမည်။
• Insurance Sales စိတ်ဝင်စားသော Call Center Operator, Tele sales, Data Entry, Page Admin အတွေ့အကြုံရှိများလျှောက်ထားနိုင်ပါသည် ။ (သင်တန်းပေးမည်)
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday (Half), Sunday & Public Holidays
