Job Requirement
- ဘွဲ့ရ (သို့) ကျောင်းကိစ္စကင်းရှင်းသူဖြစ်ရမည်
- ကွန်ပြူတာကျွမ်းကျင်သူ
- ပေါင်းသင်းဆက်ဆံရေး ကောင်းမွန်၍ အလုပ်အပေါ် အာရုံစိုက် လုပ်ကိုင်နိုင်သူ
- Daily Customer Contact Call များ ၊ Appointment Call များ ခေါ်ဆို၍ feedback report နေ့စဉ်တင်ပြနိုင်ရမည်
- Insurance Products များ ၊ Insurance Policy များနှင့် ပတ်သည်၍ customer များမေးမြန်းခြင်းကို စိတ်ရှည်စွာ ရှင်းပြနိုင်ရမည်
- Follow Up Call များခေါ်ဆိုခြင်း နှင့် Customer Complaints များကို ဂရုတစိုက်နားထောင်ပြီး စိတ်ရှည်စွာဖြေရှင်းပေးနိုင်ရမည်
- Sales Appointment များတွင် လိုက်ပါ၍ လိုအပ်သော စာရွက်စာတမ်းများ ဖြည့်သွင်းပေးရမည်
- Claim Case များအတွက် Customer များကိုယ်စား ဓာတ်ပုံနှင့် စာရွက်စာတမ်းပြင်ဆင်ပေးခြင်း
- လိုအပ်သည်များ ကူညီဖြေရှင်း ဆောင်ရွက်ပေးရမည်
- ရုံးစည်းကမ်းလိုက်နာ၍ အလုပ်ကိုတိကျသေသပ်စွာလုပ်ကိုင်နိုင်သူဖြစ်ရမည်
- အလုပ်အပေါ် တာဝန်ယူမှု၊ တာဝန်ခံမှုအပြည့်ဖြင့်ရေရှည်လုပ်ကိုင်နိုင်သူများ လျှောက်ထားနိုင်ပါသည်။
- Insurance Sales စိတ်ဝင်စားသော Call Center Operator, Tele sales , Data Entry , Page Admin အတွေ့အကြုံရှိများလျှောက်ထားနိုင်ပါသည် ။
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday(Half), Sunday and Gazette holidays
