Job Description
- Have knowledge of the process of Terminal Port Clearance, Air Port Clearance, Port Operation;
- Co-ordinate & monitor with custom broker agent of the Custom Clearance process at Port ;
- To control day to day Fleet operations with fleet vendors;
- To arrange vehicles (Cater trucks/ GC trucks/Cranes) to clients’ designated place for loading or unloading cargo;
- To monitor and follow up the fleet vendors / drivers to track the fleet trucking real time and provide the update status to customer service team;
- To monitor operation at project site;
- Resolves potential issues or problems with drivers;
- Report to Department Manager daily, weekly and monthly;
- Handle duties as company assigned;
Job Requirement
- Minimum 3 years of related experience in logistics field;
- Any graduated;
- Have fully knowledge of port operation;
- Can work overtime during holidays if have urgent shipments; Ability to use Microsoft Office and email writing
- Honest, communication skills, high sense of responsibility
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday & Sunday, Public Holidays
