Job Requirements
- Any Graduate
- 3 years of experience in telecom operations (freshers may apply)
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Willingness to work in shifts and on-call schedules
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, reporting, and documentation
Job Descriptions
- Monitor telecom DG Fuel supply and service
- Coordinate with field teams and vendors for issue resolution
- Ensure adherence to SLAs and operational procedures
- Maintain accurate incident records, logs, and reports
- Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities
- Assist in network configuration changes as per SOPs
- Participate in shift duties and 24×7 operations
- Follow safety, security, and compliance guidelines
Working Hours: 9:00AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
