Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as hospitality, tourism management, or business administration.
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in equivalent field.
  • Strong knowledge of outbound travel destinations, travel trends, and industry developments.
  • In-depth knowledge of visa and passport requirements for various countries.
  • Proficiency in online booking platforms.
  • Preferred knowledge of airline regulations, fare rules.
  • English language skill is a must and other language.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Have a developed vision and a positive attitude.
  • Organizational and time-management skills.
  • Customer service experience.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing circumstances.
  • Ability to work under pressure.

Job Descriptions

  • Conduct detailed consultations with clients to understand their travel preferences, interests, and budget constraints.
  • Coordinate with vendors, hotels, and transportation companies to secure necessary arrangements for accommodations, meals, and transportation during the tour.
  • Make reservations for flights, hotels, transportation, and any other necessary travel services required during the trip.
  • Provide expert advice on destination options, travel itineraries, and activities.
  • Provide detailed information on visa requirements, processing times, and documentation procedures for various countries.
  • Verify the completeness and accuracy of clients’ passport and visa application documents.
  • Advise clients on any additional documents required and assist in the preparation of necessary paperwork.
  • Stay updated on the latest immigration policies, entry restrictions, and procedural changes for multiple countries.
  • Communicate any changes in visa or passport regulations that may impact travel plans.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up.
  • Address client inquiries, concerns, and emergencies promptly and professionally.


Working Hours: 8:30AM to 5:00PM
Holidays : Saturday (Half), Sunday, Public Holidays
