Job Requirements
- Any Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in HR, or related field
- 3-5 years of HR experience with a focus on payroll and compensation & benefits functions
- Experience in full-cycle payroll processing
- Strong knowledge of payroll processing and Myanmar labor laws
- Good at using Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel. (Formulas, payroll sheets)
- A good team player and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively across teams and levels.
Job Description
- Oversee end-to-end payroll processing to ensure accuracy and timely payment for all employees
- Verify timesheets, attendance records, overtime, Late and leave data for payroll processing.
- Ensure full compliance with statutory requirements (e.g., PIT, SSB).
- Prepare tax filings and payroll-related reports
- Coordinate with Finance for salary payments and reporting
- Maintain accurate payroll records and employee compensation data.
- Maintain and update employee payroll data (new hires, resignations, Salary and Position changes)
- Respond to employee payroll inquiries (salary, tax, deductions)
- Issue pays slips and salary certificates
- Any ad-hoc HR operational and other payroll-related administrative duties as assigned
Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
