Job Requirement
- Any graduated.
- 1–2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role.
- Good communication skills in English (written and spoken).
- Skillful at these apps: Zoom, WhatsApp and other social media.
- Understand all the basics: email, scheduling, Calendar Bookings, Business travel arrangement etc.
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain confidentiality.
Job Description
- Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the executive.
- Arrange domestic and international travel (flights, hotels, transport).
- Coordinate with embassies, visa agencies, and travel service providers.
- Prepare required documents for travel and visa submissions.
- Organize meetings, events, and business trips.
- Maintain records, files, and confidential documents.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Holidays: Saturdays (Alternate), Sundays and Public Holidays
