Job Requirement

  • Any graduated.
  • 1–2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role.
  • Good communication skills in English (written and spoken).
  • Skillful at these apps: Zoom, WhatsApp and other social media.
  • Understand all the basics: email, scheduling, Calendar Bookings, Business travel arrangement etc.
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain confidentiality.

Job Description

  • Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the executive.
  • Arrange domestic and international travel (flights, hotels, transport).
  • Coordinate with embassies, visa agencies, and travel service providers.
  • Prepare required documents for travel and visa submissions.
  • Organize meetings, events, and business trips.
  • Maintain records, files, and confidential documents.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Holidays: Saturdays (Alternate), Sundays and Public Holidays
