Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferably with a Diploma in Management).
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in providing support and coordination for senior executives such as GM, Director, or CEO.
  • Proficiency in English, with strong skills in presentation, email correspondence, translation, and general communication (4 skills).
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook.
  • Strong organizational, communication, reporting, negotiation, and time management skills.
  • Ability to travel when necessary.

 

 Job Descriptions

  • Provide operational support and coordination to ensure team productivity and efficiency across all departments.
  • Manage the scheduling and arrangement of meetings, video conferences, and appointments.
  • Follow up on specific project progress, particularly between the Marketing Department and Operations Head.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and other communications on behalf of the GM professionally.
  • Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and official documents as required.
  • Take meeting notes, prepare agendas, and distribute minutes to relevant stakeholders.
  • Support administrative operations involving government associations when needed.
  • Maintain an organized and systematic filing system for quick and efficient retrieval of documents.
  • Prioritize and organize tasks for the GM to ensure all deadlines are met efficiently.
  • Liaise with customers, suppliers, and external buyers to maintain strong business relationships.
  • Manage minor tasks to allow the GM to focus on high-impact activities.
  • Provide timely reminders and updates on important tasks, meetings, and deadlines.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the GM.

 

Working Hours: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm

Holidays:  Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
