Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in related field. (Prefer B.Pham)
- At least 3 years’ experience in related filed.
- (POS), Proficiency in using Microsoft office suite.
- Strong customer service skills since this is a customer-oriented job.
- Attention to detail, Cross-functional Collaboration, Problem-solving Skill, Critical Thinking, Results Orientation, Customer Focus, Adaptability, Territory Management, Performance Monitoring, Negotiation and closing skill, Effective Communication and Interpersonal Skill.
Job Descriptions
- Supervise the work of pharmacy technicians and support staff, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all tasks.
- Manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock of all necessary medications and supplies.
- Prepare and submit accurate and timely reports as required by upper managements.
- Handle customer complaints in professional and courteous manner.
- Train new employees on company policies and procedures.
- Providing data analysis and reporting on the status of inventory levels and other pharmacy dept, statistics.
- Assisting in maintaining the store’s appearance by ensuring that shelves are stocked and neat and clean.
- Overseeing the hiring, training, scheduling and supervising of pharmacy technicians, pharmacist and other staff members in a retail setting.
Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Holiday: Sunday & Public Holidays
