Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with production, maintenance, and quality teams to enhance manufacturing efficiency.
- Analysis case for customer complaint or internal complaint.
- Design, program, and maintain PLC-based control systems to optimize automation processes in PVC pipe manufacturing.
- Analyze and improve industrial automation and control systems, including extrusion and molding machines.
- Ensure seamless integration of PLC systems with existing operations and troubleshoot PLC-related issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to PLC control and automation.
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of engineering projects to improve production performance and efficiency.
- Supervise and provide technical guidance to junior engineers and technicians.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Prepare technical reports and documentation, preferably in English for internal and external communication.
- Monthly report on Maintenance and production situation to Managing Director.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related fields.
- Experience with PLC control.
- At least 5 years of experience in a supervisory role in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
- At least 5 years of experience in a related job function.
- Experience in project management and ability to lead technical initiatives.
- English communication skills will be an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM
Holiday: Sunday & Public Holiday
