Job Descriptions
- Responsible for relevant section.
- Inspection of Mechanical Engineering works at site and factory.
- Inspection on defects rectification works of factory.
- Performing planned and preventive maintenance procedure.
- Ensuring all tools & equipment must be maintained in good condition.
- Ensuring a safe working environment is maintained at all- time pursuant to occupational health and safety rules.
- Ensuring the technical support required achieving and maintaining machines for the required timeframe.
- Ensuring the environmental policies and strategies are incorporated in engineering plans and are undertaken in timely and cost effective manner.
- Ensuring regulatory needs and safety measures are maintained.
- Performing Technician and installation of tower crane as directed supervisor.
- Performing the second line construction and tower crane servicing.
- Mobilization of materials packages.
- Performing the shipment unloading and packages transportation.
- Zero fatal/severe accident
- The % adherence to the inspections by the PM team.
- Meet the reliability of the Kilns 85% or above.
- Number of WIs / SOPs prepared for the safe maintenance.
- Number of Incident observations presented within the range of PF curve or prior to breakdown.
- Number of imparted training to STC staff.
Job Requirements
- Experience and Skill
- Industrial competencies: Hands-on experience of Cement plant machinery with experience in condition monitoring activities & maintenance planning.
- Computer proficiencies: Microsoft
- Language proficiency: English, Burmese (added advantage)
- Behavioral / Managerial competencies:

- Qualification
- Engineering degree in Mechanical or Electrical engineering
- Additional Requirements
- Specific trainings or diploma in Preventive maintenance / lubrication management.

- Welder/ General labour
Working Hours: 8:00AM : 5:00PM
Holiday: Saturday (Alternate) , Sunday & Public Holidays
