Job Requirements
- Candidate must process Diploma / Degree – College graduate (Preferably Electrical Engineering)
- At least 2 years minimum working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work with minimum supervision.
- Excellent communication and writing skills in English (Compulsory).
- Strong team player and able to work under pressure.
- Outgoing personality and able to interact with all levels of workforce.
- Computer literate
- Flexible and willing to work anywhere in Myanmar Region
Job Descriptions
- Coordinate closely with MNOs/Colo client for regional issues.
- Onsite decision maker to minimize higher level issue escalation.
- Survey, monitor, supervise, and control the site colocation activities (e.g. power expansion, MW & GSM poles installation)
- Support, coordinate with colocation client representatives for onsite activity.
- Generate report of site issues and RCA.
- Reporting directly to HOS/Manager.
- Ensure smooth operation of PEQ for assigned sites to achieve the target SLA and Energy saving.
- Ensure DG Preventive Maintenance on due time to achieve the target SLA and Energy saving.
- Ensure audit refueling of DG on due time to avoid fuel outage and unexpected fuel loss.
- Require to visit the sites regularly to ensure that the O&M team is following process & procedure properly and the site quality as well.
- Require to conduct training for the O&M regional team to increase the competence level.
- Require to monitor, coordinate with the O&M regional team to ensure the smooth operation of PEQ.
- Require to monitor, coordinate & implement the planned work to enhance the Network Power availability.
- Require to support O&M regional maintenance team to ensure the minimum outage in case of fault handling
Working Hours: 8:00AM to 5:00PM
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
