JOB DESCRIPTIONS;
• Develop and implement effective PR strategies and plans to support new product launches.
• Manage media relations by building relationships with key media outlets and journalists.
• Expand and manage KOLS/KOCs with agencies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Create and distribute press releases, media alerts, and other PR materials.
• Leverage existing third-party partnerships (e.g., Burmese mainstream app contacts, media platforms and agencies) to initiate brand collaborations and gain resource support.
• Conduct competitive analysis to stay up-to-date with industry trends and identify opportunities for growth.
• Monitor and analyze media coverage to measure the effectiveness of PR campaigns.
• Collaborate with other departments such as Marketing and Sales to ensure alignment of messaging and goals.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in a marketing agency or FMCG/brand PR/marketing role, familiar with content distribution and resource integration, preferably in the technology industry.
• Possess strong connections with local third-party resources, such as mainstream apps, event organizers, media, industry partners that can support marketing collaborations.
• Proven ability to build relationships with media outlets and KOLS/KOCS.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• dAbility to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing.
• Knowledge of PR best practices and industry trends.
Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holiday(Need to attend first and last Saturday of monthly)
