- ဆရာအလုပ်ကိုဝါသနာပါပြီး ကြိုးစားတက်လှမ်းလိုသူများ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
- အကျင့်စာရိတ္တကောင်းမွန်ပြီး ရိုးသားကြိုးစားသူ၊ စဥ်ဆက်မပြတ်လေ့လာပြီး သွက် လက်စွာဖြင့်လုပ်ကိုင်နိုင် သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
- ကျောင်းမှသတ်မှတ် ထားသော စည်းကမ်းများကို လိုက်နာနိုင်ပြီး ရေရှည် လက်တွဲအလုပ်လုပ်နိုင်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
- အဖွဲ့အစည်းနှင့် အတူ ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်၍ ပွင့်လင်းပြီး ရိုးသားကြိုးစားသူ ဖြစ်ရပါမည်။
