Job Descriptions

Plans Preventive & Corrective maintenance according to network elements and contract requirements.
Implements, monitors, controls, and follows up with issues found till closure.
Handles preventive maintenance audit through communication channels & other reporting system.
Communicates and explains the plan to related teams or persons, and dispatches teams according to the schedule.
Ensures that he/she read all contract carefully related to preventive maintenance scope and SLA.
Makes sure that all pictures have been captured properly by team during Preventive Maintenance.
Ensures all abnormal and bad quality PM pictures escalate to O&M Manager.
Ensures daily planned preventive maintenance is executing effectively.
Ensures training of team on preventive maintenance process whenever it is required.
Validate Preventative Maintenance data and creates reports based on data received from field as per guideline & recommends action plans.
Understands equipment manuals and translates that data into meaningful Preventative Maintenance schedules.
Reports and investigates any incident (Fuel theft, etc.) according to process.
Validates reports from field e.g. visit regularly cell sites to validate and ensures that the field.
Collect the returned materials from region and delivery for repairment
Checking orders, bills, items received, inventory, and deliveries for accuracy.
Maintaining records, reporting relevant information, and preparing any necessary documentation.

Working Hour: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
