Job Descriptions

  • Source suppliers for automotive spare parts (bearing, brake pads, brake shoes, etc.).
  • Request and compare quotations (price, MOQ, production time, payment terms).
  • Negotiate prices, contracts, and payment terms with suppliers.
  • Prepare purchase orders and follow up on order confirmation.
  • Track production, shipment, and delivery schedules.
  • Ensure product quality standards are met before shipment.
  • Maintain proper documentation for all purchases.
  • Research new suppliers, factories, and OEM/ODM manufacturers.
  • Analyze market price trends, competitor pricing, and product demand.
  • Identify new products and potential high-demand items.
  • Monitor changes in import policies, freight rates, and currency fluctuations.
  • Conduct cost comparison reports (supplier vs supplier, product vs product).
  • Evaluate supplier performance regularly.
  • Work closely with Sales, Operations, and Warehouse teams to forecast stock needs.
  • Coordinate with logistics teams for customs clearance and delivery.
  • Provide weekly procurement status reports.
  • Report supplier issues and propose solutions.
  • Maintain product database (specs, pricing, lead times).

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related fields.
  • 1–3 years in procurement, sourcing, or import/export.
  • Experience with automotive spare parts is an advantage.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Good research and analysis skills.
  • Microsoft Excel (Intermediate–Advanced).
  • Understanding of international trade terms (FOB, CIF, EXW).
  • Good communication in English (Chinese is a bonus).
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • Strong responsibility and follow-up skills.
  • Able to work independently.
  • Cost savings achieved through negotiation.
  • Supplier on-time delivery rate.
  • Accuracy of research reports.
  • Procurement cycle time.
  • Stock availability (no out-of-stock issues).

Working Hours: 8:00AM to 5:30PM

Holidays: Sunday & gazzated Holiday
