Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in procurement, import/export operations, or licensing processes is preferred.
- Good knowledge of MIC, MOC, MOI, Customs, and Trade net procedures.
- Basic knowledge of ERP systems.
- Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
Job Descriptions
- Manage import license applications, extensions, amendments, and cancellations via Trade net.
- Apply and follow up on lab test processes with DRI.
- Handle chemical registration and chemical recommendation processes.
- Prepare and submit license-related documents weekly for urgent earning processes.
- Manage purchase order processes with local suppliers.
- Handle import and export of sample products and documents through DHL and SF Express.
- Enter incoming stock data accurately into the ERP system.
- Claim advance cash from the Finance Department for assigned tasks.
- Prepare and submit weekly reports to the Supply Chain Manager.
- Maintain, renew, and extend Trade net and wholesale & retail registration certificates.
- Monitor MOC/MOI announcements and maintain good working relationships with relevant government authorities in Nay Pyi Taw and Yangon.
Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM
Holidays: Saturday (half) & Sunday, Public Holidays
